आज की अखबारों की खास खबर पढ़कर मन प्रफुल्लित हो गया. 

“हिंदी के प्रबंधकों को कब समझ आएगी” सवाल का जवाब मिल गया.

अंततोगत्वा सही निर्णय लिया गया.

गृहमंत्रालय की ओर से जारी परिपत्र (सर्कुलर) में जटिल हिंदी शब्दों के स्थान पर उनके अंग्रेजी पर्याय को देवनागरी लिपि में लिकने के लिए अनुशंसा (रिमंडेशन) की है. इससे कई हिंदी भाषी अब बेझिझक हिंदी में लिकने को प्रेरित होंगे. इससे स्वाभाविकत: हिंगृदी की उपयोगिता कॉफी बढ़ेगी. जटिल शब्दों की वजह से हिंदी लिखना सामान्य हिंदी बाषियों के लिए भी कठिन हो गया था. अब यह कठिनाई दूर कर दी गई है.

अखबारों के अनुसार सर्कुलर मे (कुछ) निम्न उदाहरण दिए गए हैं : -

मिसिल  फाईल

प्रत्याभूति गारंटी

कुंजपटल  की-बोर्ड

संगणक  कम्प्यूटर

संक्षेप में कहा जाए तो सर्कुलर में देव नागरी लिपि की आदत डालने के लिए उर्दू, अंग्रेजी व क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं के लोकप्रिय शब्दों के प्रयोग पर जोर दिया गया है.

भगवान ऐसी बुद्धि बरकरार रखे. जिससे अपनी भाषा का सही विकास होता रहे.

soft ticket travel

Friends you must have noted ads by railways on irctc portal about travel with  soft ticket- no need to print .

Earlier without a print passengers were penalised Rs 50/-. now Rly (Railway )wants passengers to travel with soft tickets.

Recently I tried this. having a counter booked ticket in the pocket I presented the mobile message with PNR status.

It has been accepted and NO paper ticket has been demanded by the TTE.

This is a praise worthy step by railways and we all should join the movement to save paper -- in turn save environment...

I have already joined.

Rail Accident at BILASPUR- South East Central Rly.

On 22nd Oct 2011 night, at about 1900 hrs  at TARBAHAR rly xing some persons xing the rly tracks were rundown by the speeding railway train(s). All TV channels and news papers reported and expressed concerns.

Many said it is gateman's mistake.
I had shock of my life.

Of course the accident is heart rendering and I too pray for solace to the departed souls.... but it can't be said that mistake is by the gatekeeper at the Railway gate.

What  made ( makes ) people to cross the closed gate from below along with the cycles and motorcycles / scooters? Whether these persons listen to Rly men? Closing gates is enough indication that NO ONE CROSS the TRACK. Its enough.

How can the gate keepers stop traffic one by one?

At least now every one should understand and REALISE & should not risk their lives by undercrossing the closed railway gates.

Let us be honest to ourselves and not blame the poor and honest gatekeepers for such mistake by others.

VIPs visits to RAJGHAT is BLOWN up on all the TV channels but for a news item also Shastry's VIJAY GHAT is not visited - it seems.

 Recently there was a news item mentioning a great sportman's spirit in our Mahendra Singh Dhoni  that the appeal against the Ian Bell's run out has been withdrawn. Bell also spoke about the misunderstanding he had .. whatsoever may be the reason...agreed that as per the rules he was out. Yes, indeed it is a gesture in Dhoni.. but the decision may not be his own... must be from the team in the dressing room.

Today there is another news, it is not Dhoni but the Sachin who agreed whereas Dhoni wasn't in agreement to withdraw the appeal... " The HINDU "

What transpired between these two events?  ONLY INDIA LOST THE TEST..
 Now with that the spirit vanished and Sachin's weight is thrown in the ring  becasue he will have lesser or NO oppositions that could be???

Is it good for the CRICKET at that level ???

 These reactions sometime lead to frustratuion with the feel that - if allowed they may even honour the father of the nation ( Mahatma Gandhi ) with BHARAT RATNA...
