Why this country does not remember Late Prime minister  Lal Bahadur Shastry.

2nd OCTOBER is the birthday of our two national leaders.

VIPs visits to RAJGHAT is BLOWN up on all the TV channels but for a news item also Shastry's VIJAY GHAT is not visited - it seems.

he is the leader took over from Nehru as prime minister and his " JAI  JAWAN aur JAI KISAN' ..
can any one recollect???

situation might have been different with farmers ... had he be there.
